What you get

Built for a business that runs on text message

  • One business number for the whole team

Customers text a dedicated number that dOS provisions and manages for you. The conversation belongs to the business, not to whoever's phone it happened to land on.

  • Every conversation in one inbox

Each customer's whole history sits in one thread. Search it, or narrow the list to what is unread, pinned or archived.

  • Add to Pipeline, right from the inbox

Move a conversation onto a pipeline while you are reading it. A new lead, a quoted job and a booked customer stop looking like the same thing.

  • Add iMessage to the same thread

iMessage is an optional add-on. With it, you pick how each reply travels before you send it, and both land in one conversation on your business number.

  • Internal comments for your team

Switch the composer to Internal Comment to leave context for your team right inside the conversation, next to the messages it is about.

  • Compliance handled at the carrier

A guided form in Settings takes you through carrier verification. STOP and HELP are enforced automatically, so a contact who opts out cannot be texted again by mistake.

The part other inboxes skip

A conversation is not a deal until it is on a pipeline

Pulling every text into one list is the easy half, and plenty of tools stop there. At a hundred texts a day the list becomes the problem: the lead asking for a price looks exactly like the supplier chasing an invoice.

In dOS you add the conversation to a pipeline from the inbox, and it moves across stages you name yourself. The deals waiting on a reply sit in a column instead of in a scroll.

How it works

Three steps from chaos to clarity

  1. 1

Manage every conversation in one inbox

Every text your business receives lands in one place, with the whole history attached to the person who sent it. Nothing lives on somebody's personal phone.

  2. 2

    Add them into a Pipeline

You move a conversation onto a pipeline and it stops being a message in a list. A new lead, a quoted job, a booked customer and a vendor invoice become four different things with four different next steps.

  3. 3

SMS Conversations are organized into your personalized Pipelines

Once conversations sit on a pipeline, follow up can be assigned, automated, and measured. Every stage shows you what is sitting in it and what it is worth, so the deals waiting on a reply are the ones you work next. Volume stops being the thing that breaks you and starts being the thing that pays you.

Questions

What people ask about texting on dOS

  • How long does setup take?

Everything in dOS is available the moment your trial starts, including your business number. Texting US and Canadian numbers starts once carrier verification is approved, usually within 24 hours.

  • Can I keep my existing business number?

No. dOS provisions and fully manages a dedicated number for you, and there is no way to bring an existing business number over today.

  • How do you handle SMS compliance and opt outs?

Every workspace sends on its own isolated messaging setup. On the self serve option, sending to US and Canadian numbers requires carrier verification: a guided form in Settings captures your business details, your use case, and proof of how your contacts opted in. Standard opt out keywords (STOP, HELP) are enforced automatically at the carrier level, so a contact who texts STOP is unsubscribed and cannot be messaged again unless they opt back in. On the fully managed option, registration and opt out compliance are handled by our messaging partner. In every case, you are responsible for messaging only people who have consented to hear from you.

  • Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 21 days to run your business on dOS. A card is required when you sign up, and you can cancel it yourself in settings at any point during the trial.
